One of my favorite features of this app is where I can upload a list of my worst 6 letter names that I can use to remind myself that I am not alone in my bad habits. I have been dealing with bad habits for as long as I can remember. I tend to have bad habits more than one or two bad habits each day (I know I do!). I can see this list every time I look at my phone and it’s never the same.
A habit has become a toxic way of life and I am calling out our worst 6 “names”. I hope this app will help change the way we view and handle this problem. The app will help to set goals and expectations for ourselves and let us know what we have to do or accomplish to kick our bad habits.
I am going to keep the app very simple. I will not be posting any new content each week but instead I will be using the app as a tool to help create my healthy and productive life. My new life has to do with the way I talk and carry myself. When I go out the I have to be ready to deal with some very angry people. I have to be ready to deal with these people.
The 7th I-Word that I will use to describe you. Because being me is very important to me, and I try to do my best as I am told. I use the I-7 to describe that I am going to tackle the 7 worst things in you life, and I hope this can help you take your best life on.
You don’t need anyone to teach you how to do anything in life so you can get on your way. You may be a little lost at times, and learning how to make the right moves and keep your head up is much needed. It is the same as learning to ride a bike by watching for others and observing. I suggest that you have a few friends get together to practice riding a bike.
