I recently started writing this blog and Ive already been to the gym about 12 times this year. In that time, Ive already seen and lost nearly 30 lbs, increased my running time on the treadmill from about 20 minutes a day to 40 minutes each time I go (in addition to my yoga sessions) and started lifting weights again.
