Taking time for yourself, in this case taking time to enjoy, is a powerful tool to help you do just that; take time outside of your self with your spouse. Take your time, take time to let your desires take care of themselves. Spend time together as a unit, not as individuals who make you work harder. Take away the time to impress people, make yourself feel better instead of feeling inadequate or frustrated.
