How some of the most famous witches of these days, like Barbara Cartland, Adeline Kennedy and L.J. Smith, are part of a new wave of names created by witchy women. Not all of them, of course, and many of them were actually born as witches.
This is just a fun way to promote your book. How fun is it that a witch girl called Mary Elizabeth Mastin is turning her life around and launching a new line of books called, “Tame Your Witches”? Her new, updated book talks about the ways that we as women can bring the power to our own creative selves. Her titles are a very witchy take on the words, including: “How to Stop Whining (but Not Get Rid of It)”.
Witches love names. It gives them something to say and also tells them who the person is. These days, witches like to be called witches, they seem to like to have lots of names, and they seem to have a very good sense of which titles they can actually get their friends and family to call them. This is the best of the new witches trend, because it also gives the witch the best of itself.
