You can even take the list of actions and use it as a guide on how to become more self-aware about your actions. Think of it as a little mini-game that you can play in your head that will lead you to be more self-aware and actionable.

I am not sure the list that we were given is useful though. It is only the first thing I can think of that I would have wanted to do. The whole list is like a list of steps to become more self-aware and what not. I am not sure if that is a good idea.
I agree. These are just a few things that I could do. I can point to two of them. I can point to two examples of things I could do to become more self-aware.
To get more self-aware is to become more aware of things. To get a more self-aware approach is to become more aware of your own thoughts. You can do this by writing down all the information you have to make more self-aware statements. I have found that I am able to make more self-aware statements by adding to my list all the stuff that I could do to become more aware.
The first thing I could do that is self-aware would be to stop eating. You need a little more self-awareness than just eating to be aware of the consequences. You need to know that you are not doing anything wrong and that you are not harming anyone. You need to know that the world isn’t going to end unless you decide to eat. You can stop eating and you can stop causing bad things to happen.
I could stop eating and I could stop causing bad things to happen. That sounds self-aware to me. I could stop eating and I would never get sick, and I would never get into a really bad car accident. That too sounds self-aware to me.
