I recently stumbled upon a book written by James Allen titled “What Color is Your Parachute?” This book was written during World War II, and it was the official guide to discipline. It was a book on discipline for soldiers, but also a book about how to become a better person. The book starts off by discussing and discussing how to train yourself and how to learn how to live a disciplined life so that you can become a better person.
There is a lot of information and advice in this book about discipline, but most of it is focused on how to live a disciplined and healthy life, not the way to discipline yourself to become a better person. The entire time I was reading it I kept thinking, “That’s bullshit, I need more discipline than that.” It’s a book about how you might be able to get more out of yourself and how to discipline yourself through your life.
I believe that we should all read this book, because it says more about what we can learn about ourselves and our lives from reading than anything else. A lot of the advice is very applicable to other areas of life but it’s not just for the bedroom. The book is also a good read for any discipline as well.
