Most of the time we can choose to focus on something else for a second. We can also choose to focus on a particular thought or emotion. Sometimes we can choose to focus on the body or the mind. We can choose to focus on our thoughts or the actions we are taking. In short, we need to be more proactive.
Brain games can be really useful. For instance, I use them a lot when I’m trying to get my mind off certain things, like the game that we’re playing right now. When I’m in this time loop, I’m trying to keep my mind focused on what I’m doing and not what I’m thinking about. I keep thinking about what I’m doing. Sometimes I’ll find myself thinking in a very specific way, and I’ll try to focus my thoughts on that specific thing.
It is very difficult to get your mind off a game, and it’s very frustrating to try. It can be difficult for people who are trying to do brain games and still see things that seem too out of the ordinary.
