The fluidity is all the more impressive when you remember that the demo is constantly loading new data in from the floppy drive while displaying all that animation.
The sandbox is basically all the good stuff that the developers have put out for us to enjoy. It also has the odd bit of bad stuff, like a few cars that are too high off the ground or michigan beer festivals 2017 cars that are too low off the ground. A lot of people who are on the outside looking in to the sandbox, but mostly people who know the game, are trying to trick you into buying cars.
