Habit breaking is one of the easiest things to do, but it is hard to do consciously. And it is easy to look for a behavior change that works for someone else and not do it with you. But, you can change your own behavior by thinking about the behavior you want to change. In this case, I think we all want to change Colt Vahn’s behavior. He’s been living in a world where he’s forced to act like an amnesiac.
This is something I’ve personally struggled with. I used to think that I had to change everything about myself in order for me to change my behavior. That was until I realized that I didn’t have to change my actions. I thought I had to change my actions, but in reality, I was changing my actions as well.
