The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
That’s not to say we should be too busy to think. We should be able to pause, reflect, and make decisions. We should be able to pause, reflect, and make decisions when we’re doing something that is of high importance to us, or when we’re upset about something. But our attention isn’t our decision making. Our attention is not our decision making. It’s just a stream of random thoughts and images.
This is of course not good, as we know that we need to focus our attention on what’s important to us and to not be distracted by just a stream of random thoughts. We need to pay attention to the things that are important to us, and to pay attention to the things that are of high importance to us, and to not be distracted by random thoughts. Our attention is our decision making.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. Our attention, as humans, is a stream of random thoughts. We don’t have to be told or shown our decisions, or even our thoughts. We can, however, be shown what we need to do, and what we don’t need to do.
When we’re on autopilot, we tend to stop paying attention to the things that really matter to us. We spend our time worrying about stuff that doesn’t matter to us. When we’re in a flow state, we are more aware of what is most important to us. It’s like going to a friend’s house and just relaxing. As you relax, you’re also relaxing.
It seems that just getting out of autopilot is quite difficult without a lot of practice. And as it turns out, no matter how we “feel” about the decision we’ve made, we can always change our minds whenever we want to. If we are in a flow state, we are always thinking about the decision we’ve made, and if we are in a flow state we can always come up with a better one.
There is a saying: “No choice is an act of will.” I believe that is also true for our minds. When we decide to do something, we are making a decision, and that is what makes that decision hard. Even if we don’t like our decision, we can always change it.
This is where I get a better idea of what we think we should do next. If we are in a time loop, we need to do our best to avoid a time loop. I want to think about what we should do next, and what was the best time to do it.
Think about it. You have a choice. You have a choice to do something or not. You have a choice to make an action or not. You have a choice to go forward or the other way around. You can either choose to go forward or choose to stay where you are. And you can choose to do something or not do it. That’s a choice.
Time loops are a bit tricky, because the more you are in a loop the harder it is to move forward. So if you are stuck in a time loop, you might as well just stay there. It is likely that you will die eventually, so if you are stuck in a time loop you might as well save your energy for when you have a chance to move forward.
