In my own company, we have an internal customer success specialist who helps us build our customer journey as well as a customer success manager who helps us grow our customer journey and keep our customers happy.
A customer success specialist helps you build your customer journey. This is a great opportunity for each of us to grow our customer journey by identifying a problem, finding the right fix, and then leveraging that fix to grow our customer journey.
I think this is an excellent opportunity for anyone in a customer success role to grow their customer journey and to do more than just build your own customer journey. In my experience, customer success specialists are able to make a lot of impact in their own company and are often able to influence how other companies look at their customers.

The fact is that customer success specialists are not really all that rare. You might have heard of them, most of the Fortune 500 companies have a few in their customer success department. These people have a lot of power in that their job is to look at the customers and make sure they are happy with the way they’re working and the way their products are working.
This sounds like it may be a fairly new role in business, but customer success specialists are pretty much the same people that run customer service. Their job is to help make sure that the customers get what they want and that they are happy with the product they receive. It’s a way of making sure that a company is doing what it is supposed to do.
You may be thinking that customer success isnt really an area that can change hands or be a large part of a business. This is a somewhat common misconception. Its not uncommon for a company to have a couple people that run the customer satisfaction process, but as a whole it is in the hands of the people that run operations and can only be changed by someone with the ability to change things.
I think its important to realize that you are the customer. You are the one that is supposed to be keeping our company running. You are the one that is supposed to be buying our products and working with our team to create innovative and awesome products. You are the one that is supposed to be buying our services and working with our team to get things done, not a product manager that is just there to make sure you are not spending too much money.
