The customer is your number one asset. You have to know how to motivate and assist them to keep them coming back for more. Even if they say no to you, you have to keep up the good work. Keep encouraging, keeping their spirits up, and constantly putting them at ease.

This is the best cover letter I’ve ever seen. It’s not about us, but about all the people you’ve met with and worked with, and the relationship that’s formed between them. It’s about working with people, not just people. Making that connection is what they’ve been waiting for all year.

I feel like anyone would have a hard time writing a “customer success letter”. But that’s because of the lack of customer experience. We’ve always tried to make customer service stand out from the rest of the service, to make sure that we’re the ones people go to when they have a problem.

I think the best way to describe customer success is to think of it as creating a “sales page.” We want to give customers what they want to see when they go into a store. We want to give them a chance to be part of the experience. We want to help make a sale. Its like a sales page, but instead of selling a product, a sale happens.

What I feel is kind of like a marketing strategy that works: it just takes the lead.

We want to create a sales page that works so that the customer is excited to buy. At the end of the day, people are going to go to a store looking for something they are going to love. They are going to be excited to talk to a sales person. So in order to make sure they are truly excited to buy, we have to give them what they want. The way I like to describe customer success is to say, “We are creating a sales page.
