The customer is your number one asset. You have to know how to motivate and assist them to keep them coming back for more. Even if they say no to you, you have to keep up the good work. Keep encouraging, keeping their spirits up, and constantly putting them at ease.

I feel like anyone would have a hard time writing a “customer success letter”. But that’s because of the lack of customer experience. We’ve always tried to make customer service stand out from the rest of the service, to make sure that we’re the ones people go to when they have a problem.

We want to give them a chance to be part of the experience. We want to help make a sale. Its like a sales page, but instead of selling a product, a sale happens.
What I feel is kind of like a marketing strategy that works: it just takes the lead.
