When I first started this blog a few years ago, I thought the blog was a great place to start a new blog and get a bit of a buzz for that. However, it was something that I wasn’t sure how to go about creating any of my own. It took me a while to decide whether to keep it or take it down. So I decided to leave the blog and make it a website about my life.
It’s good to think about your company’s goals and objectives. It’s also good to think about the company culture and how your employees feel about some of the things that you’re doing. Both of these things can help you to find ways of making your decisions that are both productive and in the best interest of the company.
I have to add a bit of context to the last sentence. I think that a company culture, especially one whose employees feel so strongly about certain things, can be good for the company. For example, a company that values the importance of being collaborative and open to new ideas/approaches can definitely help make decisions that benefit everyone.
The company’s culture can make employees think about things that are important in a positive way and it can make them feel valued at work.
What I mean is that your company culture shouldn’t be about “doing the right thing” or “doing what’s right” but rather about “doing what’s right for your company or your company”. Like I said above it can help make decisions that benefit everyone. But the point is, it’s also important to realize that some company cultures aren’t just for fun.
A more interesting example of this is the business model at Enron which is very much like the corporate culture. The business model is just a process.
In general, the business model is a set of principles that are used to make decisions that affect the well being of the company. A lot of the things that the Enron people did were very good for the company. But they also did things that were very bad for the company. Their business model was to do what was right for the company but then make a lot of bad decisions to do it.
