There are thousands of blog posts about follow-up images. I want to share some of my favorite posts about this. Each post focuses on a different level of self-awareness. I hope you find these posts helpful as you begin to self-reflect upon your current level of self-awareness.
My favorite posts about follow-up images are _Naughty Boy_, _A Friend in Heaven_, and the _Twilight Zone_, and they all focus on the new “body” that I’ve become.
These are all examples of a self-reflective lifestyle. You must first be aware of your current level of self-awareness to be able to choose which areas of your life you are more likely to self-reflect upon.
Self-awareness isn’t something that happens all at once. It is a process that happens over time. At some point we become aware of things that we have been aware of. We become aware of our current emotions. We become aware of our current thoughts. We become aware of the way we are acting. We become aware of our current habits. We become aware of our past self. This is the part where we are most likely to self-reflect upon ourselves.
I find that self-awareness is largely about learning to listen to our own thoughts, feelings, and desires. This is because when we learn to listen to ourselves, we are self-aware. You don’t need to make any effort to be self-aware. Just as you don’t need to be aware of your emotions, you don’t need to do any effort to be aware of your thoughts. All you need to do is be aware of what the thoughts are.
I think the point of the “follow-up” post is to let our thoughts go further. I don’t feel that way about this post, but it’s something that I’ll share with you.

Thanks for sharing, it certainly is a good idea and I had a chuckle as well. I think its important to be aware of your thoughts and feelings, but then again, you dont need to be aware of your thoughts and feelings, you just need to be aware of your thoughts.
