It’s funny how our brains can make us smarter. For example, imagine a toddler’s brain that is already programmed to play games. She’s not particularly good at doing math, but she’s still smart at playing games. Of course, she also has a ton of other brain development to do. In this case, her brain is just smarter than yours.
So what? You might not be as smart as your toddler, but you are smart enough to play games. As with most of us, our brains are constantly developing new skills, and they are always improving. One little tweak, one little change, and maybe she will be as smart as your toddler. And if she is, she will be smart enough to join the army.
We can all agree that computers are getting smarter too. The latest and greatest example of this is the iPhone. As a result, it has spawned a whole new generation of games for young children, which will only accelerate in the years to come.
The iPhone is undoubtedly the best example of the computer’s ability to take and adapt ideas and information. As it turns out, the games industry’s response to this is far from over. There is a growing movement of developers to create games for the iPhone and iPod Touch and this is what has the industry talking again. The idea of developing games for iPhone and iPod Touch is nothing new.
The only thing more important than creating great games is creating great games for iPhone and iPod Touch. Even though the industry has only been around since the iPhone, the games industry is a billion times better than it was when we invented the Internet.
This is something that’s not uncommon these days, but I think we’ve hit a tipping point for this movement. In the past, games were created for the PC or console that had a very specific audience – gamers. But now that the audience is much more diverse, developers are making games for the iPhone and iPod Touch.
Games are so much more than just mindless fun. Games are more than a way to kill time. They are actually a way to feel alive. Games are supposed to be about the joy of playing, like we said before (and I hope we said right before): the joy of playing a game is more important than the game itself. It is a type of feeling that we often associate with the video game industry.
Well, I’m glad to say that I don’t think that we all have the opposite experience. Games are actually so much more than mindless fun. We play because we like to play, or sometimes because we have a favorite game or two. Games are an escape. It makes us feel good, it makes us feel happy, it makes us feel alive and alive. I’m not saying that you should never play a game.
Games are like any other medium. We have different levels of engagement. Some people will play games for hours on end, some people will play games for a weekend and come back with a new game, some people will play games for an hour or two and then never play again, and so on. Games are more about the experience of playing a game than about the game itself. There are games that just aren’t fun to play. There are games that are good for nothing.
This, this game is not for you. It’s for the people who never play games. It’s for those who love playing games, but have never played a video game. It’s for those people who love video games, but have never played a video game. People who have never played a video game and have never played a game.
