I think that is what a lot of our clients are looking for in a realtor. They don’t want you to talk about them on the internet. They dont want to hear about them on the internet. They want to see them in person. They don’t want to see you having a conversation with them on the internet.
A couple of the ways you make your clients feel like they are buying from you are the ones who are selling to you. You do not want to buy from them.
So what does the person who uses these tools do? They write down a short story about them and what they want, and then they post it online. They may also put it on Facebook and try to get an audience by being a personality in a positive light.
Yes, this may seem like a bit of a tangent, but there is something about the online environment that makes people willing to take on these types of social selling platforms that is similar to how one might approach a potential customer in the real world. You may be a salesman in the real world, but you are still a salesman in social media. The difference is that social media is all about selling.
Facebook has a lot of advertising power. But how do you think Facebook has the power to sell? You can talk of a “social media buyer” and an “advertiser,” but you still have to talk about selling. Yes, Facebook is a sales force, but it is also a marketer, a marketer who can sell you anything you want.
