It’s been a great month for sales at our company. Our sales team has been growing and expanding. We are getting new customers for all kinds of categories and from all parts of the country. Our team is doing great.
I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to have a sales team that is passionate about what they do. They have to be able to see the bigger picture. They must be able to see all the potential clients and prospects that our company has to offer. Without that vision, I think our sales department and marketing team would just look like a bunch of zombies.
While you probably already realize this, you probably also know that there are some pretty big mistakes that can be made with a salesperson. Salespeople are generally pretty good at looking at the bigger picture. If your Sales Team is looking at your competitors’ website, or your competitor’s website and not your own company’s website, then you are missing out on potential sales. When you’re selling a great product, your Sales Team should be doing exactly that.
The problem with working with a salesperson is that they are usually just looking at you, not your products or services. Thats why you should always be asking for demos. It is very easy for a person to think that they are selling something, but when theyre not in the sales department they are not really selling. One of my favorite demos I ever had was from a salesperson at a competitor which showed me how they were selling a product they were not selling.

Don’t forget that your salespeople are not salespeople. This is an important point that should never be overlooked. When you are selling your product or service, you are not selling it. You are just making it available to people for their enjoyment. When you are selling your product, you are giving your customers something unique to sell, and they are not the only ones who will enjoy it.

If it is something that they don’t have and something that they did not ask for, then you need to make sure to do everything possible to make sure that they know they have the chance to get it.
