I am so sick of hearing about Mary Shea. This is more like a personal grudge than a complaint, but I do think she is one of the worst chefs in the world. We all know why she is considered such a bad influence on the food industry, but did you know she has a degree in art history? She was also the art director for the famed French restaurant The French Laundry.
Mary Shea is one of just a few chefs in the world to claim that they are in fact, trained in the culinary arts. She teaches at culinary school in Seattle, and has been in the industry for over 20 years. While she doesn’t do much cooking herself, she does manage to create some pretty amazing recipes.
She is a self-professed food junkie who is in fact a bit of a culinary genius. She actually has a degree in art history, and is a graduate of the famed French restaurant, La Tante Claire. She has been in the industry for over 20 years, and is a chef in the Michelin-starred, five-star restaurant, The Delmonico in Boston.
She has a passion for food, and that’s what she cooks. She has studied all aspects of cooking, but she is particularly proud of her ability to create innovative soufflés and other French dessert-like dishes. She has been called a “culinary master” by the French press, and she has also been called one of the hottest chefs in America. She has the uncanny ability to make anything from scratch, and is a master of the culinary arts.

As for the rest of us, we might be better off just leaving the food to the pros.
It’s always a pleasure when you can sit back, relax, and enjoy some great food without dealing with the demands of a busy restaurant. Shea’s not the only busy celebrity chef around; Mark Ronson is also busy, and he’s not shy about talking about the many ways he enjoys his time at work.
Thats about all I can say about Sheas. She has a busy schedule, but she always seems to be good to the fans, and the restaurant scene overall, and always seems to be in shape.
Sheas was originally the chef on the set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It’s unclear if that was a coincidence or not, but she left the restaurant business shortly afterward. We think it’s safe to say she’s been busy, but we still can’t help but to wish that she was still with us.
