I work with clients who have the ability to sell themselves. If you’re thinking of selling your business to someone, I’ll tell you a secret – when you’re selling yourself you’re selling your business to yourself. You’re selling yourself to the buyers, but you’re selling yourself to the sellers.
We all know that when we do it, it might be done for the right reasons. But when we sell ourselves to ourselves, we are selling ourselves to ourselves. And like a lot of sales, the reasons for the sale aren’t always clear to us.
If youre selling yourself to yourself, you might be selling yourself to the wrong person. But if youre selling yourself to yourself, you might not be selling yourself at all.
Many of us have been sold by our own self-serving intentions. Maybe we just really wanted to live as we wanted to live, or maybe the people that were paying us to do it were just crazy, or even possibly evil. Either way, it seems that the people who hire us to sell ourselves might not be our real self.
What happens when you sell yourself to yourself? You can’t really go back to that life, so you are likely to either be miserable there, or even worse, you might feel like you’ve lost a part of yourself. The good thing is that you don’t have to have that identity because if you don’t, you’ll always be selling yourself to yourself.
It’s no secret that sales professionals often sell themselves for a commission, but I have also experienced situations where they have sold themselves very well for a very low price. In fact, I have just been hired by an Internet marketing company to build a new website that sells themselves.
The reason I bring this up is because many salespeople who sell themselves as sales professionals are also selling themselves to themselves. For a long time, I was selling myself as a sales person in my small business. I had a website, I had a blog, I was a speaker, I had a book that I sold (which sold for a lot more than I could make in a day), and I was pretty much the guy on the sales floor.
And then I realized that I was selling myself as a sales person in my small business because I was afraid of being seen as a salesman by my clients. I was afraid that if I were seen as a salesperson on my own website (that was the website I built), that the clients would find me unprofessional or not a good fit for their products (or worse, that they wouldn’t buy from me).
And then I had to learn that there is no job that can be done by people. No job is great for you, but no job is great for anyone. No job is great for your business if it does not meet your needs. And no job is great for your life if it does not meet your needs. And no job is great for the world if it does not meet your needs.
The most interesting thing about this trailer is that it’s completely devoid of anything really unique, like the very cool graphics we got with the game. It’s pretty cool.
