This person is not necessarily the same person who will be working on the project. It’s not that you should work directly with the construction team, but it is essential that you and the team understand how the work is being performed.

Operations doesn’t have to be just an organization. There are many things that it has to do and more than that, it has to be a group. Operations has to be a thing that takes on a lot of different characteristics. No, we can’t, but operations teams can. What is operations? It is an organization that exists to accomplish a set of tasks. These tasks may be in the form of a mission, or they may be more of an administrative mandate. The mission might be to rescue the President, it could be to take down a terrorist or it could be to clean up the mess after a hurricane.
Operations teams are the people who manage the things that go on inside the organization. Our main mission is to help them. We do this all by ourselves, but we’ve done it many times before.
The reason we are all so important is because we are the ones who make up the operations team. We are the ones who are tasked with the planning, the logistics, and the execution of the mission. When we are not here, the operations team is doing all this work for us. But when we are here, we can go to any number of people, the operations team can go to anyone, and they can work as part of the team without having to think about it.
