We did the PMP tour and had an amazing time jumping, swimming and seeing the rain forest. This was going to be the highlight of our family’s vacation celebrating two recent graduates. Poor Mans Paradise cancelled our reservation three days before we were to cliff jump and gave us no other dates except for one after we depart PR. We booked over a month in advance and they would not squeeze us in to another tour. They cancelled claiming they had no tour guide available. Very disappointed with how they would not accommodate us after they were the ones who cancelled.
