And for a guy who grew up in the suburbs, where the best homes are, this is the exact same thing. But the difference is that you know what you want and you have a plan. That’s why you’re buying a house, not because you need to make it happen, but because you can’t think of another way.
I know what youre saying. You know that you dont need to work for it. You dont need to buy a car just so you can drive around. You dont need a house just because you might not be able to afford it. But you also know that you have to get a job, so thats why youre buying a house. Its because you know that you need to get something. Because its not the house that you need, its the car or the car that you need.
There are so many reasons we build our houses. We build because we dont want to live in a boring apartment building.
