You can meditate on anything. You can meditate on yourself. You can meditate on any process. You can meditate on a person. You can meditate on an idea. You can meditate on a philosophy. You can meditate on anything. Meditate with the idea of meditation. I have a few techniques that you can meditate on that I’m sure are very useful.
