A good place to start is the territory planning program, where you’ll figure out if you want to add to your existing area of interest, add a new area of interest, or add some new area. If you plan on adding more areas, think about how many new areas you’ll need or want before adding more.
You can always add new areas if you need to. You can add new areas with a single person’s name, email address, or a photo of a random person. By doing this, we may be able to get a better idea how much room we need for our new team to be able to get in and out of our new area.
The old area isn’t available for us to look at. We don’t have to look at the boxes in our new area, but we want to.
There are a lot of factors that go into territory planning, such as which walls, doors, and windows need to be fixed, how tall the building is, how many bedrooms there are, etc. The territories are essentially designed to be a series of “boxes” with no way to get into a box other than by breaking through a wall or a window, and the boxes are designed so that there is only one way out of each box.
The main selling point of territory planning systems is that they are scalable; you can add rooms, floors, and bathrooms to each of the territories. But territory planning is not easy and takes a long time. The most common reason people don’t try it out is because they want to keep their money in one box and have the system be as flexible as possible. However, the reality is this system is very hard to scale, because it has a lot of moving parts.
