The key to team building is when you set aside some time to do something for yourself, it helps you achieve self-awareness.
I feel like we’re all guilty of that. I guess we all do things that aren’t our best. For example, I am currently in the midst of a project that is due to be completed next week. I have been a bit disorganized in my time management and am now really stressed about it. So I decided to take a day to just do something for myself. I read a few articles on team building and talked to my friend about it.
I am currently working on my first ever project. Not a “project” in the traditional sense of “trying to get a project done”. But a project of building a website. I’m just now getting around to it and it’s going to take a lot of time, so it’s been a bit of a challenge. I’ve been doing everything I can to get everything done on time, but it still feels impossible.
You can’t really do everything you want and not expect to be able to finish it. And it’s okay. No one is perfect. Everyone has a way of doing things better than they want to.
I have been working on the site at a very slow pace. Its the first time I have ever done a project like this. Ive been working on it for about two years. Ive got a lot of information to get it done. Ive worked on it for two weeks at a time. Its been a challenge and all the best to everyone who has been working on it. Its nice to finally get that done.
I do hope you have a lot more fun in the coming weeks and months.
I’m glad you are excited to continue this project. I want to see more things like this in the future. You are the only person I know who has never been in a time loop. I would love to see you working on this as much as I have been.

Thankful team building activities are a great way to get your mind and body into the right state to be able to work on your site again (which you haven’t done for a few years now). It’s also a good way to get your friends into the right state too.
The first thing you need to do to create a successful thankful team building activity is to start with the right mindset. I think in my opinion, the goal is to make the activity a lot more than just a fun activity. An effective thankful team building activity also needs to have a goal. If you are just doing it to say thank you or to check out your work, then your activity may not be effective.
