It’s pretty easy to get distracted if you don’t pay attention to what you’re doing. It’s pretty easy to get distracted and fall into a rut if you don’t check your reps and checks.
This is just one of the ways that I try to help people. I try to get people to pay attention to their own self awareness. I try to get them to check their reps and checks. I try to help them with their rep and check. I try to help them with their check and by checking, I help to make them more aware of how important it is to stay on track and be mindful of what theyre doing.
