We lightly burn the white rae dunn breadbox stripes, dark burn the “red” stripes, and then we torch the union to a rich charcoal color before carefully adding the 50 stars. This is a great looking flag with a cool, raw style.

Once your Union rectangle star area is dry and completed. Use your nail gun to secure it down in place. If you don’t have a cricut machine, send us a message. We plan to sell custom sized cricut cutouts for this purpose. The first step is to cut your Wood for Stripes down to length. The bottom 6 stripes below the Union Blue/Star Area are full length and should be cut to 43.25″. So make 6 cuts at 43.25″ each.

I can create one for you for sure…I do sell the vinyl stencils of stars, you said 6 foot flag, but can you give me the dimensions or even better the specific dimension for the stars? Now position the 2nd stripe above BUT DONT nail it in. Keep doing this and ONLY nail/glue down the stripes that will be red.
