Not only will your body change drastically, it will also be able to perform better in all the activities it has to perform to reach that weight.

Our bodies are incredibly complex machines that need fuel to perform. We need to eat food that is properly prepared and has all the right nutrients to fuel our bodies. We also need to eat foods that are high in fat, otherwise our bodies won’t be able to function as well. It’s no wonder that so many people have trouble losing weight.
The only people that do not need to eat the right food are those that have a genetic disorder that affects their body composition or their insulin response. They can only function for so long without food. Other people can eat the right food and still not lose weight. I mean, they go on for so long with no food, but at the end of a few days they are still the same size as before.

A good rule of thumb is to eat your food, then wait until you are full, then eat the rest. If you don’t wait until you have an empty stomach, you will be starving and will start having more problems than you are used to.
This is especially true if you are eating right after a workout. If you are doing cardio, you will only be using a small fraction of your body’s calories, so if you are eating right after you workout you will be using most of your energy and will need to eat more slowly.
