So you think you have lots of experience selling? Are you going to be the ultimate seller or salesman? Most of us are. We don’t have the expertise to know how to get the most value from your selling experience. For me, the most important factor was how much time I was driving, and how long I was driving. You could probably tell me that my driving was very short; that I was driving for a couple hours, and that I was driving for a couple hours.
It makes sense that you’d want to know how long you’re driving, but this is where the “experience” factor comes into play. The more time you spend driving, the more time you’re taking away from selling. If you’re driving for hours, that means you’ve spent more time not driving than you’re selling.
You don’t have to be a salesman to get this thing down. It’s just that you need to focus on your own life. That’s not a bad thing at all.
So, how long have you been driving for? If youre like me, youve probably been driving for atleast a year. A lot of people have been driving for just a year, so I have good reason to assume you wouldnt have any sales experience.
I’ve been driving for about a year, but I have a few years of sales experience. I’ve spent the last three years driving for more than 24 hours a day to get to the job I have, and of course I still keep up to date on the market with the latest news (including news of the death of my son) and get to a new job often within a week or two.
I will say that all those sales experience in the last 3 years seems to be something that most of us have been doing for a while. Just a little bit more to the point of not having any sales experience. Also, I haven’t been driving for a year with a few years of sales experience. This is just a small sample of the vast number of sales experiences I have made. That’s not a strong indicator of sales experience.
I was at the dentist this morning and I met a woman who has a lot of sales experience and is still selling. I will say that she is a little older than me, so I’d say that she’s been selling longer. My point is this: If you’re selling, you need to know what you’re selling and what your customers care about.
So I have a lot of sales experience, but I think I’ve actually only been selling for a year. I have been selling as a salesperson at a retail store for 2 years, and I have an associate who has been selling for 6 years. I was a part-time salesperson at a toy store for about 6 months before that and I sold mostly at the toy store, but I have a lot of sales experience.
Sales experience is the same for both, but the sales experience is a bit different for me. We went to a store to have a toy store and we sold on the first day of the store, but we only sold on the first day as a whole. If youre selling from the store, you know that youre selling from the store. So we have different sales experience, but I think you have to go back and change that.
